Focus Ireland Fundraising Triathlon

The Focus Ireland Fundraising Triathlon is a sprint distance triathlon which includes a 350m or a 750m swim, a 20km cycle and a 5km run. The event will take place at Dún Laoghaire Harbour on the east pier with a 350m or a 750m swim in the harbour, followed by a 20km closed road lapped cycle and a 5km run along the east pier. You can take part in this fun event as an individual or as part of a team.
